Fellow Illini, with your friends and family join other Illini at Whataburger Field in Corpus Christi for Kansas University vs. University of Illinois baseball on Friday, 2/18 at 7 pm! Wear your orange and blue, and we hope to see you there!

Whataburger Field, home of the Astros AA affiliate Corpus Christi Hooks, will be hosting your Fighting Illini baseball team Friday, 2/18 at 7pm.  This 3-game weekend series vs Kansas University kicks off the 2022 college baseball season.  The Illini return a young nucleus of talent lead by two 1st Team All-Big Ten position players and a pitching staff fronted by a USA Baseball Collegiate National Team member.  Join other Houston Illini with friends and family.  Here is a link for you to electronically purchase tickets for the game. With any questions regarding the event or Corpus Christi tourism attractions, please email Hooks General Manager and Houston Illini Club member, Brady Ballard.
