We are pleased to host fellow Illini Bethany Storey (Food Science & Human Nutrition, '11) of Ms. Bethany’s School of Cooking for a cooking class and happy hour event on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 3:00 - 4:00pm.

During this class, Bethany will guide participants through the prepping and cooking of two appetizers: 1) Pomegranate Salsa with Tortilla Chips and 2) Fig & Olive Tapenade with Crostini (yummy, toasted baguette). After the lesson, participants are welcome to mingle while enjoying the food they prepared.

The whole family is invited! Pre-registration is required, and the price is $25 per family. Sign up here where you will also find a list of ingredients that should be purchased prior to the class. The Zoom classroom link and passcode will be emailed to participants 24 hours before the event.
